Well, i still haven't finalize my decision of which universities to apply.

There are just too many factors to be considered when choosing an uni...& its kinda hard for me to make up my mind even after thorough research on the net.

Currently, these are the few uni that i'm considering:
1.) University of Wisconsin-Madison
2.) University of Minnesota
3.) University of Maryland
4.) Rutgers University
5.) University of Pittsburgh
