My hands & legs are cacat now, & my back is in pain as well.....
i'm just like OKU! lOl~~
it's suffering when u r having muscle-ache lk me now!
i couldn't move vigorously, & the most important one, i couldn't laugh out loud! (This is terrible when u really want to LAUGH!)
All this is due to the 3 hours of swimming yterday! XD
