Had some really great food, performance, & met some nice ppl.
Mixture of all kind of foods
I was lucky enough to be chosen & received 2gifts in a row.1st one is for ppl who has the closest birthday to 25thDEC,
2nd one is for ppl who have been here in Madison for the shortest time.
An awesome day filled with joy & food! lol
By the way,
I realized that the more ppl I meet, the more ppl will get to know Malaysia.
Everytime when i meet with new ppl, they will ask me question abt my country.
Now i understand why we, as students in a foreign land, play a significant role in representing our own country.
Most foreigner don't know much about M'sia, & they often have a pretty similar idea abt M'sia in general....Thus, most of them tend to be amazed by the fact that there are more than 1 race in Malaysia.....& they are also amazed that Malaysians can speak so many languages, esp Chinese.
I am indeed proud to tell them that this is the way we are!
(p/s:i usually 'emphasize' on the delicious food we hv in M'sia,coz this is what i MISS so much at this point in my life!...Recipe web-page failed to cure my cravings but indeed, drives me to mad with hunger!)
